HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT
1. Visit the Miami Hurricanes Account Manager
2. Select “Sign In”
Select the Sign In button located at the top of the page.
3. Sign in or create your Ticketmaster account
Enter the email address displayed above.
• If you already have a Ticketmaster account connected to the email address associated with your Miami Hurricanes account, sign in using your existing password.
• If you do not have a Ticketmaster account connected to the email address associated with your Miami Hurricanes account, please enter your email, select "Forgot Password?" and follow the steps to create your password.
4. Open “My Profile”
Once you are signed in, select My Profile from the account menu.
5. Review your account information
Begin with the Account Overview section and confirm that the information associated with your account is accurate.
You should also review each tab displayed in the side menu to familiarize yourself with your profile and available account-management options.
We encourage you to complete these steps before your next event to ensure your account is accessible and ready when tickets become available.
